Your Education Foundation of Sierra Vista (EFofSV) is proud to be the sponsor of Adopt a Classroom program for SVUSD. 


At the present time, The Foundation has set a minimum budget of $3000 for the general support of Adopt a Classroom projects for the current school year.  This  budget could increase, dependent on future donations.  Teachers may request funds at any time.  The Foundation Board will review all applications on a first-come, first-serve basis and award up to $250 per approved application on a funds available basis.

Teacher Application Guidelines

  • All SVUSD Classroom Teachers are eligible to apply for up to $250 for support of a student related project. (maximum one application per teacher may be approved per school year)

  • Applications must include quoted prices, including tax, for cost of items being purchased.

  • Applications may be submitted by email or U.S. mail

  • Checks for the requested amount of approved projects will be issued directly to the teacher.

  • Check recipients must submit receipts for project expenses to the Foundation no later than 30 days after receipt of the check. Failure to submit receipts in a timely manner may affect the approval of the teacher’s future requests.
